What is TwelveTabs?

TwelveTabs is a free AI shopping agent that does your Amazon research for you. You describe what you need and answer a few questions. It reads the Amazon listings and reviews, then names one best match, the top alternatives and the reason for each.

How a TwelveTabs search works

  1. You describe the product you want, in your own words.
  2. It asks a few questions about the choices that split that kind of product, usually three and up to six, such as size, material or type.
  3. It searches the US Amazon store, drops the sponsored results, and ranks the rest by how many sold recently, the star rating, the number of reviews and the price.
  4. It uses weighted reviews: a star rating counts only as far as its review count backs it, and a rating from under 100 reviews is unproven.
  5. It reads customer reviews for the finalists, then names the best match and the top alternatives, with the reason.

What it is not

  • Not Amazon. TwelveTabs is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc.
  • Not a final verdict. An AI model writes the answer, and it can misread a listing or miss a better product. Treat it as a starting point.
  • Not TwelveLabs. The names are close, but the two are unrelated.
  • Amazon US only. It does not search other stores or other countries.
